Our flagship service - we aim for verbatim every time.
Currently using Case CATalyst Version 21 with RealTeam capability.
Services require a .zip (or backup) file of the job to be done along with the accompanying audio file(s) in any format compatible with For The Record Player.
Services can include input of Undertakings/Requests, Exhibits, and/or Objections
if preferred by the client.
Services do not include altering Indexes or Certificate of Transcript pages.

We are no longer offering proofing or transcription services.

Upon written agreement of assignment, we will set up a Dropbox between us and send you the link (please do not set up the Dropbox yourself).
Kindly drop any necessary files into our established Dropbox; if you do so before 12:00pm, we will begin work on the assignment that same day, if possible.
Otherwise, the first day of turnaround will take effect the next day.
Upon completion of the assignment, we will return it to you no later than 11:59pm on or before the deadline date via email along with payment information and any relevant notes.
We also offer return via Dropbox, but you will still receive an email notification.
Invoices for assignments will be sent to you within three days of completion or on a monthly basis — please fulfill payment within 30 days of invoice date.
We prefer e-Transfer as method of payment; payments received after 30 days of invoice date will be subject to a 2% late charge.
